Sometimes when my players are making characters after the release of the 2024 rules, many core rules (both 2024 and 2014) options do not show up for them. When this bug happens, they are limited to just the free available content, instead of all of my books that I am sharing through content sharing. The bug doesn't happen for all players, just some of them.
They DO have every source turned on.
This bug has been happening since the major updates to the website to prepare for the release of 2024 edition, and it is growing quite annoying to have to go into my players character builders myself just to set the options they want. Especially because they cannot browse what is available for them. It shouldn't take this long to fix a major bug like this.
It sounds like some of them may be creating their characters outside of the campaign where you're sharing the content.
I recently encountered this issue on one of my characters. I can't access spells from certain source books, and my optional feature manager is telling me to purchase from the Marketplace even though all sourcebooks are shared.
She's part of a campaign with all source material shared. She's a 2014 character. Optional features are enabled in the home tab and under class. I have a second character in the same campaign and they don't have this issue.
I think this is a recent bug, pretty sure the optional feature manager on that character sheet worked when I originally made it.

Which feature or features, specifically, are missing? Can you post a link to the character in question (with the privacy set to public)?
We just leveled up and I'm trying to add a spell from Fizban's Treasury (Platinum Shield) but it's not appearing in the spell list. It's extra strange, because I had this problem with Psychic Lance not appearing, but eventually I got it to appear by rejoining the campaign (which I've tried again with no luck). I have Psychic Lance in my list but still can't see other Fizban spells. The other wizard in the same campaign can see them all no problem.
When I go into character builder the optional features "Additional Wizard Spells" level 1 and "Cantrip Formulas" level 3 are checked off, but both say "To fully unlock this feature, check out the Marketplace." Those are the only optional features showing up, the character is level 12.

So there appear to be two separate issues here — not being able to get the spell from Fizban's Treasury of Dragons and not being able to get the optional features from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Since two different books are involved, they might or might not have the same cause. The first two things to check would be:
Is Content Sharing actually enabled in the campaign, and are both of those books actually owned by someone in the campaign?
Content sharing is enabled in the campaign, the other characters are able to see the spells. I have a second character in the campaign and their optional features work properly. My license entitlements are in sync, though I don't own either of the books.

In that case it seems like you'll probably have to submit a support ticket.
One thing you could try, though it would be annoying to actually do, is create a new character from scratch (not via the copy button) and join it to the campaign, and then make all the same choices. If there's some issue with the underlying data for your character specifically — which it sounds like it might be, if other people in the campaign aren't having this problem — hopefully it wouldn't recur on a brand new character.
Ooof. I would love to avoid recreation if I can, there's so much packed into that character. I'll submit a ticket and hope for the best. Thanks for all of your help!
