Hey :D As stated in the title, I'm having problems accessing my characters and it's really weird. Every time I try to open my characters (like the list, not one in particular) it shows me a page where I'm not logged in. I have a master tier subscription, so character limit or similar shouldn't be an issue. If I then press anything where I could sign in it quickly loads the dndbeyond front page, where I'm logged in again (but still can't access characters). This happens on two different browsers and two devices. This is really frustrating, as I'm trying to procrastinate and DnD is my tool xD Just checked the Mobile App, it shows it can't fetch latest changes, so I'm guessing server problems??? But am still confused, will post this anyways :D Have a good and trouble-free day :D
I am trying to access a campaign I DM, but whenever I click view it 403 errors me. Also, when going to look at my created characters it brings me to a logged out screen with "Free creation tool" button on it instead of showing me my characters. Clicking any tab or sign in auto signs me in to my account but back on the home page. Cleared history and cache and still happens. This happens with both a campaign that I DM and with one I play in. Maybe unrelated but when I go to view my subscription it again logs me out and brings me to "Free Trial" page. HELP PLEASE
Errors can happen, issues can take time to fix and I'm sure it will be.

Is there currently something wrong with the site? I can't access all my character sheets, campaign that I'm part of and even the digital dice. I even tried the character builder but all redirected me to either the character creation webpage or displays a 403 forbidden page.
Please advise me for any updates on this and I am hopeful that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
You replied to an old thread. The site is having issues, or is down for maintenance or whatever. Stop freaking out about it and give them some time to fix it. Make yourself some tea and chillax a bit while we wait.
Opening the WWW.DNDBEYOND.COM site ask me to sign in or register. I am a user, so clicking sign in automatically signs me in. But when I go to my COLLECTIONS tab -> MY CHARACTERS, I get logged off immediately, and the cycle repeats.
I am a user and have been subscriber of both Hero-tier and Master-tier for years and had to unsubscribe for a short while a month or so back, but upon wanting to re-subscribe recently I was offered a FREE TRIAL, even though my account was recognized.
I didn't want, nor needed a free trial, however the system left me no choice. Now I am stuck in this loop where I simply want to login and subscribe to Master-tier once again and have full access to all my pre-existing content and perks.
Now I am stuck in this hellish loop where upon clicking 'Subscribe' I am taken to the same page only offering me free-trials and upon clicking either option, I am taken back to my 'homepage', where I have access to the free none-subscriber content, but if I click my collections, the madness starts all over.
This happened after I was editing one of my characters and suddenly the good old "Take a Short Rest", etc. text came up and upon closing my reopening my browser this whole ordeal started.
Is it a transaction matter? I have not changed any payment options... To my knowledge that is of course.
Furthermore I registered a Wizard's of the Coast account to link up my current account, but clicking the verification email also results in failure.
Seems to be everyone is out but my son is using a Apple iPad and it is working fine for him, just the rest of us can't access any of our characers
If your son made his character available for offline use in the mobile app, that would be why it is still working for him.
The encounter I had running when the issue started was still working fine. I could still roll dice for the monsters and such without issue, even though all of the characters and the campaign page went down for me and my players.

getting a 403 forbidden screen when I try to open my campaign....need urgent help...got a new campaign starting tonight
I keep getting this too, the app is messed up to saying "we could not fetch your latest changes"
Not just you. Seems like a site problem. Started about 10 minutes ago.

I am having issues too. Can't look at the maps feature. I can't check my subscription. Nor can I access anything you are mentioning.

Ok, not just me then. Hopefully its an easy fix, until then patience is key.
