I'm having this same issue I had the master subscription and its saying the same thing when I click to update payment option it says "canceled accounts can only update it's cancellation updates"
We seem to be in the same pit trap as many years worth of people who get the same automated answers and no solutions. I have invested in source books to share and populated many maps for encounters, all for naught. Dndbeyond has me back on paper for game sessions and doesn’t seem to want my money anymore. I might as well go to roll20 and start over.
Yep. It’s been 10 days since my support ticket was recognized but not annswered and one week since this moderator last posted the same canned responses from previous years. I’ve been waving my wallet around to get Dndbeyond’s attention for months. Guess I have no choice but to abandon my assets here and repurchase on a different VTT.
To follow up, I received a response to my ticket after 18 DAYS, saying they have fixed it. They have not.
Nothing has changed.
If I go to manage my subscription, cancel my subscription, or start a new trial, all that happens is I go to the page that says you cannot collect my payment, from which I can neither change my payment nor cancel my subscription.

But that's the problem. How does one renew?
It says it cannot process payment and does not give me any way to fix it. Nothing has changed on my side so I'm not sure what's going on.
When I try to manage payment it just gives me this page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/subscriptions/unpaid
There is no telephone number, and my support ticket has gone unanswered.
Without a way to renew, I am exploring moving platforms to avoid going without service for another game session.
