Same issue, bought Wildemount adventure and even explorer's guide to wildemount. Feels like a lot of money not being able to use the monsters in maps! Refresh did not help unfortunately. Is this to be fixed anytime soon??
I'm having the same issue, except tokens that were available before are now greyed out. I had been using shield dwarf tokens in July, but now they are greyed out and it says I don't own the content for this. I'm running Dragons of Ice Spire Peak.
Weird, I am not having any of those problems. I can pull up the Amethyst Dragon from Fizban's, the Living Wick from Tome of Beasts (3rd party), and the Gloomstalker from Netherdeep.
I am sharing content with a friend who is a DM for our campaign and is having the same issue. He can't add the the abominable Yeti to the map. No issues with adding it to my campaign though.
I have the same issue with the Shattered Obelisk source book. It references Ash Zombies. I can search for these in the monster token and I see them...but they're greyed out and I can't add them to the map for the source material I've purchased, which seems a bit odd to me.

The Shattered Obelisk book doesn't actually include the Ash Zombie stat block. The original Lost Mine of Phandelver book did. It's weird that the new one references it. Where did you find that?

Chapter 3, runes of thunder tree…there’s a side bar for ash zombies.

It says in that sidebar to just use the regular Zombie stat block. Can you use the Zombie token?
Was there ever a resolution or any kind of info post about this? Not being able to use shared content is insanely frustrating.
EDIT: More info : I have a master's tier sub, I am the DM. A player has purchased Mordenkainen Presents : .... and there's a monster I want to use. I can see the info just fine in the DDB web pages, but when I try and use the tokens in maps it says I don't have the monster token in my content library. As near as I can tell from reading the descriptions of how all this sharing should work, I should have access to it.
Is this a bug with Maps, specifically, or does Maps have its own rules?

Also looking for an answer to this exact same situation. I submitted a ticket to Wizards to see if they have an answer. Have you heard anything more about this issue?

I'm assuming still no resolution? Tokens not available for source books and campaigns I have purchased.

Yes, and that’s what I’ve done. But the fact it was in the original, but taken out for the updated campaign seems odd to me.
