I have shared the 2024 with my current campaign. When i began my new session today. well lets just say you people made one hell of a mess.
one player, no longer can see the char sheet at all and gets this "character-app@1.64.3" as the message. The player is on a normal free account and is using MY paid for resources for the character build. well now she can play, because of what ever the hell it is you all have done.
NEXT the changes are pretty simple.. MARK IT AS LEGACY and let us have access to it and not remove it. seriously? you can let legacy content be accessed based on if someone owns it or not, the old books you dont carry but still show is a perfect example. So let us ******* share the legacy stuff to, its part of the supposed DM master subscription.
Anyways as a DM with a paid for account my players, can not use my purchases, and cant even access the character sheets? Fix it or I will be pushing for a full refund on all purchases even if i have to go through my bank and pay extra just to get the money back. What you have done is a pure slap in the face to everyone.
The whole argument of "new content, old content" is bullshit, if your telling me that my players can not use source books that are owned and shared. I own both so why are you removing both. so by that standard shouldn't you remove every other source and book, they are not 2024. so they should be gone to? Half my players have had to delete the 2024 from their devices just to get to their PCs to play.
As a DM, I am seriously pissed. my 3 hour game session spent 2 and a half hours trying to just get to what we already own and should have full access to.
last, as someone that knows a bit about database management. its not that damn difficult to create a new field and populate it. The full blocking of "legacy/2014" is purely lazy ass management. all you people had to do was add the field, or filter. tag the data files and grant access to what we already have. it took you people 10 years, and you couldn't have thought of this at all? or was it just shot down because pure mismanagement of your people and what they should have done?
Please explain what the hell is going on.
