Almost two months and not a word on my ticket. It's disheartening to say the least. I was excited for some of the new stuff coming out, but after this I really don't know if I can justify spending any more money when I can't have a ticket even answered after this amount of time.

I’m in the same boat, kept seeing people saying that they eventually got the email so have been holding out but received nothing but radio silence.
Yup, zero replys or solutions. I was surprised to see new social posts advertising new preorder bonuses for the DMG, and immediately being reminded so many paying customers havn't had the issues from the PHB bonuses resolved yet.
Complaining works - I just got it solved for me. I pray you all are able to get it yourselves soon.

I just received a response resolving my issue. Hopefully that bodes well for everyone else here.
Update: I got mine today as well, opened ticket 11th Sept to give a rough idea on current turn around time
They are on a roll... mine was resolved today as well. My ticket was opened on 10/2 for reference. Thanks all!
