I'm having the exact same problem, and I have ALL the checkmarks on. I want to have a wizard with a particular subclass, but for whatever reason, I can't put said subclass onto them. For context, I own Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, and I want to use Chronurgy Magic. I go to the subclass set, and it's not there.
I have a 2014 monk created. and I own every sourcebook. I when I reach level 3, none of the fizban's or any other source for that matter show up as subclass options. Expanded, Core and Critical role shows up but nothing else.
As far as official subclasses go, it looks like it's missing Way of the Ascendant Dragon from Fizban's, and Way of the Long Death from SCAG. They would normally be there under Expanded Rules.
If you check this page, does it say your Account Entitlements are in sync? Does it list those two books under Current Product Licenses? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

I'm experiencing an issue currently where the Obojima content from 1985 Games is unavailable. Specifically, the subclasses are unavailable. They appeared at one point, but no longer show up in my character builders. Spells, potions and feats appear, but not the subclasses.
The Obojima subclasses are currently supported only on the 2014 classes. If you selected one of the 2024 classes, you won’t see them. You’ll need to remove your current class, then scroll down and select the one under “2014 Core Rules” instead.

I just bought the book from Mage Hand Press, Specifically Velda’s spire of secrets. I want to use one of the sub classes from the book and it’s not showing up in character creation. I have everything click like legacy, 2014 court rules, expanded rules and I also have clicked on all partners content that I have accessed and bought. I don’t know if there’s a bug still in the system or it might take a bit to use, but I’m wondering why I can’t see the sub class that I would like to use. It’s for monk
Hello, I'm also encountering the issue with subclasses. The only one I see for my fighter is champion and only when 2024 core rules are selected (I wish to use 2014). I bought the 2014 core rules and when I check the licenses it says they are not in sync and resyncing doesn't seem to help.
I'm trying to add a downloaded homebrew subclass that another user made, but it won't show up. My account says everything is synced, I have legacy and homebrew selections on in the character builder. I saw people on here saying to use the 2014 versions of whatever base class you need, but when I try to use the 2014 version of the class, there's no option to even add a subclass, no matter the character level. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
The 2014 classes do all give a subclass choice somewhere between levels 1-3. That choice will show up as a class feature just like the 2024 classes. However, they all use different names for their subclasses, like 2014 Barbarian’s “Primal Path” vs. 2024’s “Barbarian Subclass”.
The easiest way to ensure you’ve selected the right class is to check the icon shown at the top of that subclass’s page, and then find the matching one in the character builder.

Did this ever resolve for you? I still can't get the subclasses to show up. Even opening a support ticket didn't work.

I found it. Using the 2014 classes is required

Is Mage Hand Press enabled for that character?
On the class page, did you choose
Monk instead of
Monk?

ModeratorThat sounds like you’ve selected the 2024 Fighter class. You’ll need to remove it and select the Fighter under “2014 Core Rules” instead.
