The very first thing in that statement specifically says that what I reported (bug) won't be included.

I am not asking for your intrrepetation on what they said, and I don't want to engage in the derailment any longer, if you want to make a new thread and tag me in it, otherwise, I'm not digging further, the bugs reported, I hope they fix it. Have a great day. 👍
Developers have been saying that since they took over the system. A true technical limitation would mean the system can’t support it, but ruleset selection already changes what content appears during character creation, so ruleset-based visibility clearly exists.
It doesn't. It just looks like it does because most of the "ruleset" changes are in character options contained within specific books. Classes, subclasses, spells, etc. All that can be filtered, because the site was set up to filter it when it was built. The idea of there being separate rulesets just wasn't a thing at the time. Everything that wasn't a filterable character-creation option doesn't change. For instance, if you look at the rollover for a condition, it shows you both versions, because at no point is there something that tells the site which version to use.
(Also, there's no clear distinction between rulesets. 5.5 characters can use subclasses, spells, and magic items from 5e books, and 5e characters can still use the spells and items from 5.5.)
I’d just ask that we not downplay the issue or encourage people to ignore it, especially when it's in a new function under a process that the current developers put in thenselves, so they shouldn't be pulling the "we got bad code from the last guys".
Again, submitting bug reports is the intended process for identifying inconsistencies so they can be reviewed and, ideally, corrected over time.
You posted a bug report, and you got told additional context about why it's not likely to change any time soon, because it's a design flaw, and not a simple bug. And then you started arguing about it.
