It says Master Tier gives me access to the core rulebooks. Is the Monster Manual no longer a core rulebook?
Because the Marketplace is selling the PHB, DMG, and MM as a core rulebook bundle and advertises the Master Tier as giving access to core rulebooks. So by that, I shouldn't need to buy it to have access.

The Monster Manual is a core rulebook, but again, subscriptions do not give you access to any books. You have to purchase them.
Maybe you're getting confused about the fact that master-tier subscribers often get early access to books that they've purchased, before the main release date?
