My account got reset and all my purchases are lost

necro post but I just had this issue. all my purchases are missing all my characters are gone.

The most likely cause is that you have two accounts, created by logging in from different sites, or two different accounts from the same site. This can often be fixed with some experimentation.

Occasionally, the site glitches and creates two accounts tied to the same external site. This can only be untangled by customer support, who may be slow.

Hi there! I’ve just had the same problem with my Twitch account login that I usually use ‘Conspiring Bulbasaur’ otherwise known as The Man in Blue Flames. I know it’s the right one because the name on my avatar has that when I investigate my profile.

i had a roster of hundreds of characters and they’ve been wiped to just two and my paid hero subscription isn’t there as well.

 Did you sign in with the same means as you did before?

Because it sounds like you were under "Conspiring Bulbasaur" before, & accidentally opened a new account.

You need to log into the Conspiring Bulbasaur account, & change your login method to Wizards instead of the others, to prevent this from happening again.
