Drops Not Downloading Under Library on iOS App

Now that the Drops stuff has appeared under Library as a download option I’ve tried to download then and just keep getting a download failed message. Tried on both my iPhone and my iPad and same result in both 

Seconded, will not download on the Android App either.

Can confirm same problem  on Android 

Yes having same problem.  I also have master tier sub and I verified that it’s active so that’s not it.

Same on mine. iOS here 

Not adding any thing new to this thread, but am also having the same issue on Android even restarted the app\phone. 

Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Fails on Android.  I will note, it's showing a download size of `--`, so I'm guessing the system can't cope with something that is a bundle of features, not a book.

Same - IOS App shows Drops in Library with a Download Button to initiate that- but size is listed as 0 (zero) MB. Download of course fails and prompts retry, continually fails. Tried toggling Subscriber Content On and Off and On in Character Builder- no luck. Re-Download entitlements - no luck. Uninstall and reinstall app - no luck.

Android user and Master tier. Same problem.

I am having the same problem on my iOS.

God, I was freaking out. I thought I was the only one.

Recently found out (for those whose drops don't show up because it can't be downloaded) that enabling/checking "Subscriber Content" on the the character sheet itself does allow the background and feats to be used at least.
