With D&D Beyond changed up, how do I access the menue to create a new Homebrew item?

The title says it all. There's no place for "collections" anymore. How can I click on "create from existing" when there's no menu to start from?

Play D&D > My Homebrew Creations

The "Create A..." button is there and you can build from there. Options are the same at that point.
