Things missing from my character sheet + I don't have the correct number of prepared spells available to me.

Hi everyone, 

I hope somebody can enlighten. 

1. I'm a paladin level 6 and my charisma modifier is +4 so according to the rules I should get 7 prepared spells. Dndbeyond only allows me to have 6.

2. I chose Oath of the ancients and "Turn the Faithless" should be an option for my channel divinity starting level 3 (I'm level 6) but it's nowhere to be found on my character sheet. 

I know these might be bugs of the website, but since there does not seem to be a way to contact customer support I'm hoping it's something that I can fix somehow? Or maybe I'm wrong in my assumptions?
