I logged into this DDB account on a different PC and it allowed me to delete characters but when I use this PC it doesn't. I had this issue a couple of months ago and clearing the website cache by pressing f12 and then right clicking the reload button and clicking "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" seemed to work but this time it hasn't.

mine can't delete either, it also loads for a minute then says error
