I am trying to replicate the Trickster spirit Shagambi from Tomb of Annihilation as a feat so my players can track what it does. This boon grants the player an additional attack during their attack action. After going to feat > add modifier > Bonus-Extra Attacks. Fixed Value = 1, I should see the " Attacks per Action: 2" on the "Actions" tab go up to 3.
Correct me if I am misunderstanding the function of this bonus modifier, or direct me to a way to properly replicate this effect via feats.
I also tried this, thinking to maybe set it to a straight value since my player won't be gaining any other attacks via class options but this didn't change anything either
Set did allow me to change it! Setting it to 3 gave the character 4 attacks unexpectedly, but putting it at "2" works to get them 3 attacks. So that's ok for now, not ideal though and I do think the bonus version modifier is bugged still

It is probably because it isn't used that way. The homebrew tools are the same tools the devs use, so when we try to use them in unique ways, they may not support it.

Thanks!
Try setting the fixed modifier to "2" or "3"
Does it make a character with 1 attack have 2?
It does not. I tried that next to make sure it wasn't some odd interaction with not stacking extra attacks.

Try using set instead of bonus.
