I have a ghostwise halfling druid. When I add leather armor of any kind to the character, all of my character's listed speeds become 5 ft. I can't deduce what might be causing it, as if I make a fresh halfling sheet with barebones plus a leather armor outfit nothing happens, but my 4th level character loses all of their movement when I add the leather armor. What the heck might be causing this?
What is the strength score of the character, which encumbrance option is selected, and what other equipment the character is also carrying could be factors. All speeds becoming 5 ft. is usually the result of the character being over encumbered.
This issue does appear to be encumbrance based. The "Feather-Weight Cuirass" is tipping the scales over 120 which is in fact my carrying capacity. When I reduce the items weight to 0, I appear to fix the movement problem.
The remaining issue seems to simply be that even though I have encumbrance rules turned OFF my character is still beholden to them and receiving the speed penalty.

I have encumbrance turned off. He does only have 8 Str and a bunch of other equipment, but it's still under the carrying capacity.
Post the URL of your character so we mods can give a look.

OK I-m reporting this.
