Can't log into the marketplace (seems dumb but its legit)

I am already signed in which is yea no shit, but going to the marketplace and buy something it give me a prompt that I can't buy anything without being signed in. So, ok I already did waht I thought would help I signed in, screen black out and refresh, still not logged in, ok let me make a new tab and log in again, NOPE. log out maybe, naw, tried that and didn't work either.

You might have gotten shadow banned been looking this up and that's the only cause I found for this.

I might be because when I tried to buy the Northland Saga book I got tripled charge and put a ticket in for it and was just told wait a few days and the pending charges were stopped but I kept my acess to the books somehow.
