I could be in the minority, but I think it would make more sense to have Item Attacks listed above Unarmed and Custom attacks in the Attacks window. The majority of the time, for the majority of players and classes, attacks will be done with a weapon, so I think it would make more sense to have them in an area that is, be it only minorly so, more accessible.
An alternative to this may even be adding the functionality to drag-and-drop and reorder attacks as players see fit, so they can put them in their own orders that make sense for each character. For example, a monk may want their Quarterstaff and Unarmed Strike attacks next to each other, since they may do these frequently together because of Martial Arts.
Obviously just a small thing, but I think it would be a nice change!
