Are we able to have a toggle for Barbarian's core class feature, rage? There are homebrew items that can simulate this function, but it would be nice to have it baked into the sheet as a feature. Would help both new players and experienced players.
There is currently no official support for any spell/feature/item/etc that makes a temporary change of stats/conditions/etc to the character sheet. This includes Rage, the Haste Spell, the Aid spell, etc.

Did you miss what was said? This is literally a request for this to become an official feature and you said “yeah they don’t have that feature”
I second the idea that rage should be toggle enabled on the character sheet. It’s a core feature of the class, having a way to quickly turn it on and off feels like something we should have had a long time ago.

Rage, haste, aid, bless, and more would all be far easier to manage if the system were able to track this.
Contrary to your post though, there are items that affect your stats (on a temporary basis if needed). Shields and armour, as two examples, affect your AC when you equip or unequip them. Shields at least can happen in the middle of combat with the click of a button. It is the same principle for rage, haste, and other examples. Why hasn't D&D Beyond worked to extend this functionality?
I didn't miss what was said. This has been a request by users since day one. Many users think it already exists and are just missing it. The wording 'are we able' I read as ambiguous.
