I keep butting up against this as a limitation in feat creation. In races, you can link Options and Modifiers through a prerequisite system. It expands functionality immensely and is really, really needed in the feat homebrew system.

I can add the fields for prerequisites to the Feat froms in a matter of minutes. The bigger issue is that the prerequisite logic isn’t fully implemented in the builder / sheet yet, so we’ve got to schedule out some time to get that done.

That would be so amazing. The functionality of layering prerequisites and linking options and modifiers is really powerful and adds a huge amount of flexibility to the races which I crave for the feats. I have a pseudo-human race, for instance, where you can pick your culture from five choices and then get offered three choices representative of that culture and then choose choices within those choices. It's amazing.
Currently I'm trying to make a feat to add fighting styles which aren't an option, but I could do if I could create my own options and then create modifiers for those options.

I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.

Has there been any progress on this?
This has still not been implemented. I've run into this issue when creating some homebrew items. Can't grant access to Homebrew Feats.
I wish this could be implemented. This has been almost a necessary feature that I presume most homebrew creators would want.
