Whenever you gain a Fighter level, you can replace the feat you chose with a different Fighting Style
feat

Unarmed Fighting

Fighting Style Feat (Prerequisite: Fighting Style Feature)

When you hit with your Unarmed Strike and deal damage, you can deal Bludgeoning damage equal
to 1d6 plus your Strength modifier instead of the normal damage of an Unarmed Strike. If you
aren't holding any weapons or a Shield when you make the attack roll, the d6 becomes a d8.

At the start of each of your turns, you can deal 1d4 Bludgeoning damage to one creature Grappled
by you.

I made sure on the home section optional class features was turned on, however, when I go into the optional feature manager it says "You currently have no available optional class features for this class". I definitely own Tasha's Cauldron of Everything content as that's how I'm using Rune Knight subclass. Any ideas

 If you're using the 2024 fighter, the Tasha's features don't apply.

(If you meant to use the legacy fighter, you need to turn on the legacy toggle and scroll down at class selection.)

I'm having this same issue. I have the book but no fighting style in the optional section :(
