As commented in the 2024 Epic Boon Question - Rules & Game Mechanics thread, there's a difference between the printed/digital version and the compendium page for Level 20: Primal Champion.

PHB:

You embody primal power. Your Strength and Constitution scores increase by 4, to a maximum of 25.

Compendium:

You embody primal power. Your Strength and Constitution scores increase by 4, and their maximum is now 25.
