Before purchasing, I'd like to know if there is a physical version of this product by Ghostfire Gaming? or a different company?

I usually like a physical version of all the products as well.

You'd have to ask Ghostfire Gaming because they'd be the ones publishing it if it exists

 Ghostfire have said on their discord it's a DDB only at the moment. If enough people contact them directly they might change their minds but there might also be T&Cs in their agreements with White Wolf and WotC preventing it
