I'm not trying to be difficult here, but you just literally restated the exact problem I wrote about in my post without any new information. So, I'm wondering what you're trying to actually say.
To your points: Just because a Sled isn't in the vehicles now doesn't mean it shouldn't be. Even though it's much smaller than a Galley, it still has a passenger capacity, carrying capacity, travel pace, etcetera, and is much more often ridden upon than carried. (To further my point, a Carriage has the same issue. Having a 600 pound Carriage that by default counts towards Encumbrance, but not having it available in Vehicles, makes no sense. Hey, we bought a carriage! Oops, my Encumbrance is now 712 pounds. That can be better.)
And, just because a Sled Dog has the equal stats of a wolf, it doesn't mean that it shouldn't merit it's own entry. If things like these are important enough to add to an adventure, then they're important enough to be added to the proper lists, just like the Rain Catcher and Yklwa were added to Misc. Equipment and Weapons in Tomb of Annihilation. It lets groups use reliable official assets rather than having to rely on a fragile set of customized entries that get wiped out when you create a new character, let alone the headache of trying to provide them to new players.

Wizards of the Coast would have to be the ones to define the sled as a vehicle, not D&D Beyond. D&D Beyond cannot and does not make rules decisions like that. It's the same reason the various wagons and carts presented in the Player's Handbook aren't listed as vehicles; WotC has not yet decided to make them such and DDB respects that.
And, just because a Sled Dog has the equal stats of a wolf, it doesn't mean that it shouldn't merit it's own entry.
Again, WotC has decided it doesn't warrant its own entry as it's a wolf with no changes to its stat block. Once again, DDB respects the way WotC lays out the content, including when they state "This creature uses the stats of this other creature with no changes".

These things were added by WotC and DDB reflects that. They're unique items with their own entries.
Okay. I see and respect the ongoing arguments, but can I just say that I would like to access vehicle entries from a character sheet? I'm the DM of my group, usually, but I really would like to access the vehicle statistics of things my players are using for spelljammer, naval campaigns, and even overland campaigns where vehicles are commonly a major factor. As someone who has been DMing since AD&D 1.5 and 2nd edition, and who has made his own excel, webpage, and other software oriented means of tracking complex and detailed data for previous iterations of D&D, pathfinder, and even shadowrun, I just want the ability to actually list vehicles in a way that my players can utilize more than their cargo hold without extensive searching through files that many of them don't even have access to beyond the content sharing feature.
Also... I have seen the stark lack of variety in naval vessels and starjammer vessels, as well as the lacking canon vessels from Eberon that I came to love and adore in 3.5 and DDO, and wouldn't mind homebrewing them up.
