I was just wondering if there could be an option for honour and sanity in the ability score section of the character creation because it's an option in the DMG and would make it easier to implement if it was a toggleable option
Optional rules such as honour and sanity have not yet been implemented on D&D Beyond. But it's on the road map, along with many other optional and variant rules.
Thank you Dave, does that mean when D&D beyond has it's homebrew revamped you will be able to create optional homebrew mechanics for your own gameplay? For example a homebrew hemomancy system with go which uses hitpoints to cast spells as well as spell slots, to go alongside a new hemomancy subclass for the wizard.

From your description, something like hemomancy can already be played by adjusting HP manually.
I don't know how in depth the planned homebrew revamp will go or if "homebrew rules" will be supported. The revamp is supposed to make the tools easier to use and be less restricted to what official content does. It may also finally let us make base classes, ammunition, items with options or that add features, and vehicles.
Support for Honor and Sanity is a separate issue from homebrew as those are official optional rules. Currently, you may be able to represent them with custom skills instead.
