In terms of things that make a difference to me and my group I'd say my priorities are:
1. Inventory management--this includes shared inventories for the party bag of holding and separate containers for players so that we can keep track of encumbrance while using bags of holding, wagons, pack animals, etc. and so we can just keep track of where we are storing stuff.
2. Scroll/spell storing item rework-- Integrating spells from all scrolls and items like rings of spell storing/spell storing items into your spell list would be a big help. We shouldn't have to create a separate wondrous item called "scroll of ___" for every scroll just to get scrolls to work like other magic items. Scroll stacking should be fixed along with this. Scrolls (and other items) also need to let you add modifiers for particular spells just like weapons give you modifiers only for particular attack actions. I don't think it is presently possible to have a scroll accurately reflect the DCs and attack modifiers that correspond to the spell level of the scroll on your character sheet.
3. Homebrew system improvements--This is discussed at great length in other places so I won't repeat most of it. The ability to create mundane items would be pretty great and I'd love it if we could share homebrew items that include non SRD spells but it is more understandable if that it a contractual/legal issue.
4. Links in sidebars--i.e. links to conditions, spells, etc in the bar to the right.
5. Support for group assistance dice tracking.
6. Support for Tasha's sidekicks.
7. Finishing the Tasha's fixes.
8.Combat tracker/VTT development--The endgame is hopefully for DnDBeyond to build a VTT with as much polish as most aspects of the character sheet that lets me get rid of roll20 and I'm super excited about that possibility. However, I have roll20/Beyond20 and other options that work ok for now. If DnDBeyond could prioritize perfecting the base character sheet product first that would be awesome and very much appreciated.
I would love a prompt to add what you've rolled for HP when leveling up in manual HP mode - if you forget to input what you rolled, going back to add it can be a PITA

An overall improvement/better method of tracking and recording rolled HP would be a welcomed change.
1. Fixing the BUG that is HOMEBREW AMMUNITION. A BUG that has been around since 2017 and is still not fixed. 2. Implementation of EPIC BOONS 3. Related but not exclusive to Epic Boons... The ability to increase the number of Spell Slots
Would like a new Homebrew section - for Locations, Places & Points of Interest. This would enable users to enter new locations with histories for campaign use for the accepted genres (Greyhawk, Forgotten Realms, Planescape, SpellJammer. etc.) Example- describing a city in the Hells, new sphere in wildspace, new ruins in Vesve forest, new temple in Sword Coast, etc. Homebrew entries would have search fields for campaign setting, challenge rating, size, location & terrain subtypes. Essentially, it becomes a Homebrew Glossary to compliment the Campaigns Build in DnD Beyond.
