Purchases not available for use

Greetings,

I enjoy D&D and we are using shared books in our campaign.  I purchased the digital version of the Player's Handbook 5.0e to have unlimited access to it.  However, I don't have that access.  Why should I buy anything else if D&D Beyond won't allow me to use what I have already purchased?

I enjoy using D&D Beyond for our campaign, but I’m having an issue with a recent purchase. I purchased the digital Player’s Handbook 5.0e, but the purchased content isn’t available for me to use in my account. It would be helpful if purchased books and digital content were clearly listed and accessible after purchase. This would make managing purchases easier and provide a better overall user experience.
