On the website, you can edit just about everything, from ability score modifiers/overrides to equipment stats. On the app, I can't change what is equipped or attuned, or even adjust my gold count. I'm only able to edit anything that's just a box to check: conditions, spell slots, and feature uses.
The news page says this: "Track all your character’s stats, spell slots, equipment, and more with an editable in-app character sheet." This makes me feel like there's something I'm missing. Is there some setting I have to turn on, or is this just a bug? I see an option to "View Character on Website", but if that's how you have to do it then there is no reason to use the app. You might as well as just open it on your phone's browser, as it's the exact same interface at that point.
I was excited when I saw that this app was released, but there's really no way you can properly play for any extended period of time without being able to edit the character.
It says when you first start the app that most of it is read only as they update it over the coming weeks/ months. So it will improve pretty soon, but I agree they jumped the gun in releasing it while advertising all the things it can't really do yet...
At the moment, you can edit the following parts of the sheet:
HP
Conditions
Spell/pact slots
Limited use items/features
Short/long rest
Activating/deactivating equipment is on our roadmap and will be added soon.
For the items which are not natively editable, you can access the sheet through the webview available in the app and the app is going to sync/fetch the changes when you make them.
We realise there is no full parity with the web but we are doing our best to catch up with it as quickly as it is possible.

I'm really excited to see the Player App, even though it's more of a reference at this point. I'm curious whether there is a published roadmap for the app? I'm curious about what the team has planned for the app down the line?

Conditions
As per my previous post conditions (exhaustion is not displaying as it should. Both web AND mobile player app) it should remove 5 from passive scores due to disadvantage but does not.

I guess I missed that notice. Well, if anything it's nice to know I wasn't just being dumb.

HI should this include being able to update how much currency you have? Or is that coming?
Editing currency is certainly on the roadmap.
Thank you for your patience.
Is there an update on how to do add the experience in the app because that is still missing or am I overlooking it
That didnt age well...
It's still in the backlog.
Yeah, the app is still unusable...

It looks as though other items are more important for many.
