This is some impressive thread necromancy. I would note that Indomitable from UA (reroll save... at a bonus equal to fighter level) is pretty close to legendary resistance by the time a fighter is level 20, the highest save DC on any monster is +27, so a fighter with a +0 base save is still 70% to make that roll, and a fighter who's taken Resilient on that save will be at 100%.
I don't know what you mean by Legendary Resistance since you didn't explain it in your OP. Most characters already get some kind of resistance as they get in those last two tiers of power. For example, Monk's Purity of Body and Stillness of MInd.
PC's are already superheroes. If you want to make them godlike, then ascend them.

Legendary Resistance is an ability possessed by some monsters. It allows the creature to choose to automatically succeed on a saving throw they've failed a certain number of times per day, detailed in their description.
