I've been lurking for a while now... First off, love the plugin, thanks for sacrificing some years off of the end of your life for all of us!
One thing that was a bit hard for me, is that in the initiative tracker I don't see an easy way to keep track of what was rolled for a particular "encounter" or character. This is especially important for encounters where things come in later (e.g. a player's druid casts Conjure Animals). I have to remember what everyone rolled in order to place the new creatures in the initiative order... It's a bit cumbersome, and detracts from the usefulness of the plugin. It'd be nice if it was more of a "two column" format, or if things had an editable number to the left of them that allowed for entering their initiative. You could also add an "auto sort" feature at that point as well (picturing Roll20's).

You'll be excited about the next release that lets you enter a number and auto-sort for you. lol It a much-requested feature that I am working on now, but it does require quite a bit of re-working plus UI design to make sure it is still quick and easy to do.
I've never used Roll20, so not sure how theirs works. I should check it out.
Hey I love what you have created for us all. I appreciate it greatly and am excited to start using it. I saw you mention way back that you were having trouble accessing the the character sheet info for stats and saves and the like. I was thinking of creating a DM tool, but I am not sure if it is accessible. And the character sheet was just updated recently too.
Heya Mouse. I've been using your extension for a couple months now and after recommending it to someone else here at Dndbeyond I realized I hadn't thanked you yet so....

That's awesome to hear. Glad you and others you know are finding use of it. I am just waiting for the new encounter builder so I can see what I can change or add.
Just wanted to let you know I noticed an issue with the toolbox. It seems to be changing my int and cha skills (both are 8's). Instead of a -1 bonus, I'm seeing a +0 bonus. If I disable the toolbox and refresh the page they go back to normal.

Thanks for all your work!
Opps, this is my script to help round custom skills correctly. I forgot to account for negative numbers so its rounding to zero.
You should be able to correct it by turning the "Character Sheet Skill Calculator" off in the options. I will fix this for the next release though.
Tbh I'm pretty excited. If you can import from the encounters it'll streamline the one thing that still interrupts the flow of my games: sorting out or setting up encounters in the toolbox on the fly.
It looks like the dice roller died overnight. It doesn't make the pop-up window with the roll in it and in stead makes the roll off on the left side of the screen embedded in the stuff on the page.
I've absolutely loved using this plugin and it has streamlined DM'ing for my group the last couple of sessions. However, as I am now preparing for my next upcoming session, when I go to use it the buttons seem unaligned with the widget rows and clicking them has the following issue:
Whether I click "Add" on the Notes row or click the shield on a monster description to add it to an encounter... what used to pop-up now gets hidden somewhere on the far left justification of the page. I have to scroll to find it and it is almost as if it is layered partially over the content on the webpage because it sometimes runs across the full width. I thought I recalled it popping up in a contained window (centered).
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in, checked pop-up settings for dndbeyond... what am I missing? Thank you!
*Using google chrome, I've used it on both a PC and a tablet, same issue.
Same here. It looks like maybe the website updated their CSS style sheet and is screwing with the overlays. Hopefully it's any easy fix because this tool has been amazing.
I've been trying to use this and it seems broken on my computer. It doesn't look like the screenshots or youtube vids I've watched. My husband tried it on his, too and it looks the same as mine. We both downloaded the extension directly from chrome. Whenever we try to add something it opens it weirdly sparsed out on the page instead of in a popup. Here's a screenshot.
eta: I just saw this was mentioned already. I thought I had read to the last page of the thread before posting, but apparently not. lol
So not trying to blow people off, just want to remind everyone that I do work multiple jobs and also play D&D myself.
I do know what's wrong with the plugin but its going to take me time to fix and implement those changes. I am working as fast as I can, but I don't get paid for this and it is rather time-consuming.
I will post an update as soon as I can.

That's what happens when you wear a helmet your whole life!
My house rules
So maybe...actually probably Im an idiot and whenever I click it it brings me to this forum....What.

This forum is listed as the homepage for the extension. As a web designer by trade, I was too lazy to make a custom site for the extension. lol

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
How is the new encounter tool going to effect this add on?
Any plans to allow for importing from the encounters page to your sidebar?
So glad you posted. I hadn't realized it was out for master tier people yet.
I'll play around with it today and see what I can think up.

I'm digging it as a new feature so far though!

Looks like something broke my plugin :(
I will have to take a look at it this weekend and see what I can do to get it up and running again.
Sorry I can't get to it faster, life and work.
No need to apologize, I think I speak for all of us when I say that we are just grateful to have the tool!
As someone who couldn't figure out how to get Github sync to work, is there like a save file I could copy between my desktop and laptop?

Any news on a fix for this yet? would love to use it for my campaigns
