a Feywild book that contains both its beauty and its darkness
a book on equipment: crafting, new types (include prices!)
a sequel to the Book of Challenges: traps, puzzles, riddles
a book of adventures set in Eberron
an Adventure Time campaign box set
a book for players to build their own stronghold or city
an Underdark setting book that focuses on more than just drow and Menzoberranzan
Pathfinder: Kingmaker 10th Anniversary 5e conversion on D&D Beyond (I know it's extremely unlikely, but this is for fun)
Exploring Eberron on D&D Beyond (again, very unlikely and I think it's ludicrous that it's not an official book)
Ptolus 5e on D&D Beyond (unlikely)
Well, it looks like were getting some draconic and fey stuff right now, so I think your second and third ideas are pretty likely.

This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
I'd like a long book with short sections devoted to new settings. I'm kinda tired of each edition recycling the same settings, many of which haven't aged well. I'd like to see settings developed by fresh minds and based on something other than medieval European mythology. There's plenty of room for settings based on African and Asian folklore that have never seen the light of day.
Loving some of the ideas on here, I've actually decided to throw some ideas about for the travel & survival aspect, as this is both something I'd like to see and something I've seen mentioned on here a fair bit!
Prehaps Under The Dungeon or The Dragon's Master's Guide

I'd like a book with more celestial stuff like Paragons and a return of the Celestial Archons and Guardinals. It would also be nice to have some guidance on running adventures in the upper planes as it seems like that is often overlooked in D&D.
I'm for this too. I would also include in this hypothetical book:
- Whatever the CG outsiders are now, seeing that eladrin are in the feywild now.
- How to use celestials as allies without them taking over the plot, how to use them as enemies for evil parties, and reasons why non-evil parties might come in conflict with them.
- Mystic Arcanum options for celestial pact warlocks.
I also think there should be a guide to the feywild and shadowfell, seeing how these are the alternate planes PCs supposed to visit most often.

This seems like a really cool Idea that would work as a Book of Planes to include others as well.
The Kobold’s Guide to Dungeons and Traps. Both are super underrated parts of D&D today, that don’t have a lot of coverage in the existing books. Building a mazelike dungeon that’s still balanced is a lost art. Plus, pages and pages of devious trap ideas would be amazing! (Think Tucker’s Kobolds or Grimtooth’s Traps.)

Matt Colville's Strongholds and Followers is a really good book for this. Not official WOTC, but excellent quality and great "homebrewed" rules,
