OK, it isn't really that bad. I am currently in a multi year long established campaign that has a number of homebrews. Everything from classes to items has been fair game. The game started in person, then moved to Astral Tabletop when Covid hit. Now, Astral is going away for good and we are moving to Foundry. That said, we are building all our characters here and have to figure out how to homebrew everything. I have been successful with figuring out many things, but there are currently a couple that have stumped me.
One character has an item that increases their bardic abilities by 1 die type as well as the spells cast while using the instrument.
Another character has an item that gives them one extra spell slot of the highest level they can cast 1/long rest.
Is it even possible to reproduce these effects in DDB? We can always make the change later in Foundry, but if it is at all possible, I'd love to set it up here so it simply syncs into Foundry and applies to everything at once.
I'm not really familiar with the nuts and bolts of homebrew on DDB but from what little I know of foundry (which is secondhand from DMs in games I've played using it) I'm pretty sure those things could be manually coded in on that end. If it can be set up in DDB it should probably automatically transfer to Foundry with a sync, assuming you're using the appropriate plugin for that.

Thanks in advance.
Nope, not in D&D Beyond.
Also, extra spell slot of the highest level, is fine at lower levels (1-10), but starts becoming abusive at higher levels (11+). At lower levels, it is basically +1 level. At 11th, it is more like +8 levels.

I really don't think either of those are doable in DDB.

Thanks everyone. We will just deal with the last few things with manual adjustments.
