stradh i wouldn't love, it would be just another dracula movie. when you look at the stradh books, all tey do is copy any dracula movies of old. the new book is literally just bramstolkers dracula. they changed a lolot of the characters names but you can see them all in it. there is nothing really new about stradh. that universe could be so much more then just that. yet they did only that... so i really really hope they don't... i've seen too much vampire movies or zombie movies in the last 10 years that i would be really really disappointed if they took that road.
as far as dungeons and dragons go... i strongly agree, that they should have a sub plot involving the people actually playing the game. and they should definitely put some dices in the game too. as in during key moments we could see dice laying around showing us when they rolled something. narrators are a good way to push informations to the audience. so i always wondered why nobody ever tryed to put a narrator during the movie and not just at the beginning and the end. that could be awesome too.
so much ideas that could be weaved into it. as for dragons... i wouldn't be using that at all... the actual 4th movie was great and had everything one could want including a bag of holding. it only missed a lot of magic. story wise, they are always missing out because they just wanna put a different story. i wouldn't. i would stay classic but had a ton of magical items and magics that makes D&D.

Well, it’s 2021, and if it’s not done by now, we aren’t getting it. If they’re still at the point where they haven’t even appointed a director, it ain’t happening I’m afraid.
At least not for 2021. Maybe 2026 or 2027.
Though to be honest, I’d say that it’s all just bluster at this point and it’s never going to happen.
