What are you looking for? You've got a free month's sub that you can claim at the end of your current term...what are you actually wanting here?

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
There was a lot of talk about WotC owing you free stuff, and nothing about what you specifically wanted. The thread title is asking about the 1 month free trial, but as has been discussed, you are not precluded from it. So there's nothing that you've specifically asked for that hadn't been given.
So what are you specifically asking for?

Is it just going to sit there and wait for you to claim it in several months? That's a little uncommon, as these things go.
It depends on the nature. The Amazon Prime offers a free month's sub to be used any time, same with Netflix I think it is. It's possible it's just a temporary offer, but I haven't seen a dates so that leads me to believe that it's just a general offer - you have a registered account that hasn't used the trial yet? You can have one.

I only check here ~every day or so, but as seems to be en vogue, I'll start getting into quotations. "A lot" of talk, it was preamble and a paragraph or so. I said it "might be nice" considering the acrimony stirred up. Now, again - I think I was pretty clear there and fairly unambiguous. I have been thinking to invest in some kind of stylus/screen interface type thing - you want a picture?
You still haven't said what it is you want. You said it might be nice, but what is "it"? You actually have to say what you want, if you want us to know what it is you want. As I said, the only thing you've referenced is the month's free trial in the title...which you have. So tell us, what is it you're wanting?

I think if you take a deep breath and re-read my original post - you'll still think I'm "entitled", but I'm paying for something... I thought WOTC being an American Company and that general ethos of "the customer is always right" would be a fair starting point. As I've stated, I'll be leaving when I'm good and ready, not when sycophants equally (and less eloquently) throw their toys out the pram ;) x
Again I thought I made my "point" as a polite request, but it seems you're determined to plunge yet another forum thread into adversary...
Go for it, don't hold back - spill that pent up... Maybe get some internet points?
after many years in retail anyone who I have experienced that try's to say "the customer is always right" is an entitled (expletive deleted). and if companies followed that mentality they would be bankrupt.

The actual phrase is "in matters of taste the customer is always right." It means that the worker shouldn't argue with a customer about the toppings they want on their pizza or the color of outfit they're buying, no matter how ugly it is. It does not and never has meant that the customer deserves special rewards or freebies just because they want them.
