Found out D&D Beyond in browser will provide the option for physical+digital bundle. APP does not. The browser D&D Beyond store also gives the options for select content. I got Lizardfolk race, Wildspacer background, spelljammer helm and squid ship. For some reason, I can access all but the squid ship on D&D Beyond.
Found out D&D Beyond in browser will provide the option for physical+digital bundle. APP does not. The browser D&D Beyond store also gives the options for select content. I got Lizardfolk race, Wildspacer background, spelljammer helm and squid ship. For some reason, I can access all but the squid ship on D&D Beyond.
Dndbeyond does not offer the physical+digital bundles, it links directly to the WotC store which does. Same overall company but different store fronts and processing. The dndbneyond app won't have things not in the dndbeyond store.
I'm not familiar enough with the app to say how accommodating it is compared to the dndbeyond website's marketplace, but isn't the app still in BETA? The still continuing Mobile Beta Testing Bugs & Support subforum tells me that the app is still in BETA. When I see someone have an issue with the app, I'm always going to ask if you've gone to that beta testing & support forum or have you tried the mobile or desktop versions of the website?
Go to your Account: Marketplace and make sure your entitlements are in sync. Then try these links:
If you get redirected to the marketplace on those links, you do not have access to that content. I personally have not tested this for buying piecemeal PC options and have access to the description page of specific content. I might test this here in a minute though... (EDIT - I haven't bought anything WotC published this year but due to content sharing, have access to all the releases this year so far, so this is something I cannot verify on my account)
If you believe you did purchase those items, that Account: Marketplace link above will list your Order Transactions and your Current Product Licenses so you can review your purchase history to see if you did.
Only the Squid Ship directs me to the market place. I have the confirmation email and when I added it to my cart again to see what happened, it stated that I already owned that content. If I don't have access to it tomorrow, I will follow the link for content inaccessible. Thank you for your help.
My ship is in and I got it added to my character. It is supposed to be available within an hour. I figured I would give it a full day before reporting it. Glad I waited.
