As of right now i am a level 2 cleric / 5 monk and 1 in ranger. max level is 11 so I'm asking is do i go all the way to level 8 monk for ASI or Feat, or do i go to level 3 cleric for level 2 spells or do I go level 2 ranger for fighting style and spells? I'm using the revised ranger.
1 more level in ranger for fighting styles and spells, plus 2 more levels in cleric for extra slots and higher level spells. That's what I'd do, but I don't know your playstyle, the character, or the subclasses you've chosen so I can't be 100%.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
I would normally ask about your stats, subclasses, and intent with the character, but taking monk up to 8 really gives you a lot more benefits. Unarmed strikes become magical at level 6, you get evasion at 7, and monks are usually pretty desperate for ASIs, which you get at 8.
Cleric 3 is mostly going to get you some utility and more spell slots for weak healing. 1st and 2nd level spells shouldn't really be considered for damage by the time you're level 11.
The fighting styles from ranger 2 don't offer a whole lot. Dueling would get you at most 4 damage per round, two weapon fighting isn't any stronger than your unarmed strikes, blind fighting won't come up often, you don't have armor for defense style, and your cleric dip probably already covered most of what you would get from druidic warrior.
