You unleash flirtatious compliments, enchanted with the essence from a rose at an ally you can see within range. If the target can hear and understand you ,it heals 2d8HP and adds advantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn
This spell's healing increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (3d8), 11th level (4d8), and 17th level (5d8).
"As you use the spell on your ally, the rose you are giving to them blossoms, and glows for an instant, before its petals begin to loose color and a steam of the disappearing color of the flower flows from it and floats into your ally's body, suddenly, the scars in your ally disappear, as the rose's petals turn black and weak''
* - (A red, white or golden rose)
If you are the DM, your players are going to love you. I think you will find it very difficult to challenge them when they have free, unlimited healing from a cantrip that starts more powerful than any levelled healing spell and only gets more powerful from there.
If you are a player, I suspect you will have a very difficult time finding any DM that will permit this spell into their game because it outstrips any healing spell in existence by an incredibly large margin.
The game is not balanced to handle a healing cantrip. It is predicated on the notion that healing is a finite and costly resource. Changing this fundamental aspect of the rules is likely to create many implications.
It is generally a good idea to have a basic understanding of how a thing works before you start making sweeping changes to it. With all due respect, you don’t seem to fit this bill and have been told since the beginning of this thread by people who do that your spell is broken. All I can do is reiterate that there are very good reasons there are no cantrips that heal.
Maybe make it have a material component with a cost, a silvered flower costing 75 sp or a shard from a mirror worth 50 gp (telling people they are as beautiful as the flower or look within the mirror to see your true potential or something something)
I didnt read that last part at first, but now, i realize, thats exactly what i did, the spell requires a rose, and you have to compliment the ally

Perhaps restrict it to combat. It's words of encouragement to undo the effects of VM. Or it has to be cast within six seconds of the damage caused.

What if the target has to be a target with inspiration from the caster bard
But restriction to combat sounds like a pretty good option
