I know that if you're a level 20 Fighter, I know you can attack as normal, use action surge, then have haste on yourself, and use a bonus action for two weapon fighting, and attack 13 times in one turn, but I'm wondering if anybody knows how to attack any more times.
Haste only grants one attack regardless of class features etc such as Extra Attack.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
If you have advantage, I believe Samurai fighter has an ability where they can choose to attack twice instead of with advantage. I'm not sure how many times they can do that, but if it doesn't take an economy then that can be potentially another.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Wizard 17 , Echo Knight Fighter 3 Scorching Ray 9th level | 10 Attacks Action Surge, Scorching Ray 8th level | 9 Attacks Hasted Action | 1 Attack Unleash Incarnation | 1 Attack* (Up for debate on if this works with a Hasted action) Bonus Action Scimitar of Speed (for flavour) | 1 Attack Had an ally hold an action to cast Dissonant Whispers and take a Reaction with War Caster on you turn to cast Scorching Ray at 7th level | 8 Attacks (or 1 if you read that you can't War Caster an attack if it has the possibility of attacking more than 1 creature)*
To add to what was just said, hasted action only allow for a single weapon attack. So 4 + 4(Action surge) + 1(Haste) + 1(Bonus Action)
^ What they said, and potentially one more with their Reaction (e.g. OA, BM Riposte, or Sentinel) for 11.
Assuming "Fighter 20 "is a hard requirement, some subclasses give you an extra attack under limited conditions as well, like Echo Knight and Samurai, so you can squeak out 12, and do that 2x per short rest at that level.

You can only trigger their Rapid Strikes feature once per turn, so it will only ever get you one additional attack.
I recall trying to build a multiclass to try and maximize the potential of the Bugbear, which deals extra damage with every attack they make against a target that hasn't taken a turn yet. I believe what I eventually settled on was a Lvl 15 Samurai Fighter, Level 3 Gloomstalker Ranger, and 2 levels of Monk. Assuming you can get advantage on at least one attack somehow, That's 4 attacks from Fighter, 1 additional attack from Gloomstalker, Action Surge which gives you all 3 fighter attacks and the Gloomstalker attack again, then finally use a bonus action for Flurry of Blows, which gets us up to 11 attacks in one round without haste, and 12 with. Something to keep in mind with Flurry of Blows is that it doesn't require that your attack action needs to be Unarmed or with Monk Weapons, so you could roll up with a greatsword and still attack with a couple kicks at the end.

That’s only ten attacks.

So.... you never said weapon attacks:
Wizard 17 , Echo Knight Fighter 3
Scorching Ray 9th level | 10 Attacks
Action Surge, Scorching Ray 8th level | 9 Attacks
Hasted Action | 1 Attack
Unleash Incarnation | 1 Attack* (Up for debate on if this works with a Hasted action)

for a total of : 30* attacks in a turn .

Sorry, didn't know Haste didn't give you the 4 attacks that fighters get on a typical attack
It's a full additional action in Baldurs Gate 3, rather than a partial action in 5e, so that might be what you were thinking of.
