I'm fine using third party services to compile spells for characters in card or spellbook form, but I do wish that DDB had a feature that compiled them into printable form as part of the character export. It would make it less necessary to leave the site and use other services to make spell sheets for characters.
This thought crossed my mind again as I was printing off pre-generated characters for an upcoming convention I'm running games at. There are some really nice third party tools that seem to be able to compile, simplify, and present printable spell lists for characters,. I just wish DDB had this feature.

Have you seen these? Not sure if they are going to make them for anything Tasha's or later, I have most of the ones they made so far and really like them.

Yeah, but, as you've said, it's kind of unhelpful post-Tasha's, especially with the new or updated spells. That product line was really nice during the 4h Ed era though. I have several friends who owned power cards for their characters because those were technically easier to use than the power lists that the 4th Ed character builder spit out.

I would love for them to make these for the rest of the books, they are very handy for players and DM's. I like the monster and magic item cards to keep the game moving when these are encountered.

I would always write out spell cards for my character myself. But that's just me.
You only get so many spells when you create the character anyway. It's not a gargantuan task. Not to me, anyway.
