code expired. :( Im really excited to play but considering how often they have 25% off sales (at least in the past) its really hard for me to justify full price. But I really want it!
Unless someone posts another code, then, your only current option is to go with the Legendary Bundle, which is ~15%, albeit $454 up front. If you only want pieces of that, then you are snookered on discounts for the moment.
I guess I will have to pony out for the full price, that way I can share my PHB with everyone at the first session and I can use the digital version on my tablet.

Literally having to do the same thing right now. Ah well, worth it....
Look, guys, it's nice to get discounts and all that when people are feeling generous but these items are priced like that because that is what they cost to license and maintain.
The prices here are extremely fair and competitive, even offering additional services not available elsewhere.
Plus, the Legendary bundle gives you discount on all future purchases.
Yes, buying everything gets expensive. But think about it, you're actually buying 17 full length books with lots of extra functionality.
I managed to buy the Legendary Bundle at a discounted price back in December. Dropping ~$400 all in one go hurt a bit, but I now read the compendia and rules just for funsies.
I don't think there are any codes going at the moment, but there are two events coming up that may have codes associated with them.
And yeah, the LB is a big ask, but once you get it, pairing up purchases with 25% off coupons drops the cost of new books to like $16. It's hard to beat that.

That price is a steal.
The prices are extremely fair, no one is arguing that. However, there is zero reason for you not to use a coupon if its available. There is nothing wrong with trying to save a little money in trying to expand your collection.
I bought the core set, both physical and on Beyond for full price. I also bought the LMoP here for full price. That was all I initially wanted. However, the various coupon codes have convinced me to add extra content that I wasn't planning on, but took advantage of the code and now I have increased my Beyond collection five fold. I have yet to purchase another physical product. In addition, I also subscribe at a DM tier, so I support them monthly as well and run all of my games using that, which has convinced others to purchase their own Beyond content once my campaign was finished.

I'm completely with you there. I got in on DNDBeyond at the ground floor and got the Legendary bundle at half price. Since then, I now own almost everything (No interest in Ravnica or Eberron). I also pay for a Master tier and run many games. And I use coupons when I can and I also jump on sales.
I just find that complaining about the price as it is, when there is no sale by the time you wish to purchase, is just selfish.
I heard somewhere that there might be a discount code or two released on the ninth or tenth. Anyone know if that has happened and where to find the code?

Anyone know of any discount codes valid in 2019.
Ideally the legendary bundle but will consider individual books
The Bundle is priced at ~15% off “list”. That’s your discount code.
The previous code got you an additional, effectively, 10% if you ordered all books individually, rather than in the bundle.
I found that curious. But, there it is.

Critical Role is tonight, so maybe there will be a new code announced there.
Kirin from Tales of Nowhere podcast.
Since it is going to be the 1st show of 2019 I am sure they will put a new code up tonight.
