There are a few for STLs. I prefer HeroForge, having more options that I prefer, but it's the most expensive. EldritchFoundry is cheaper with a fixed rate per month for unlimited STLs. TitanCraft has you buy assets, then you get to use those assets as much as you like. In theory that sounds ideal, but I found that the assets were actually quite expensive so unless you're doing large numbers of each kind of creature (form example, dozens of werewolves, dozens of abeloths, etc), then it's just cheaper to buy individual ones.
It's been a while since I've used those so you may want to check them out for yourself - price comparisons may have changed as well as selections.
I'd actually direct you to myminifactory. It's mostly premade ones, but there is such a massive variety that you can usually find something very close to what you're looking for and it's often much better value for money, especially if you can get it through something called "Tribes".

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
There’s mz4250 (add a .com and it takes you to his site). It’s not free, but his lowest patreon teir is $1/month. That gives you access to everything in the ‘14 monster manual and a bunch of premade adventurer models. If you can kick in $5/ month, there tons more non-commercial options. He does some custom work, but he has a pretty deep library, you might not need it. The main problem I have with his models is things like swords are sometimes too skinny. I have a resin printer, and I can’t tell you how many have come off when I’m removing supports. But I mostly use it for the monsters, so not as big a deal.
I’m so cheap I made one out of paper 🫠
