If you go on "Sources" on the menu bar how you access it depends on whether you're on the website or mobile, they'll be under adventures. Alternatively, you can download the app.
I'm not sure what you mean by "quick start adventures", since that term isn't usually used with D&D. Which ones are you talking about specifically? That might help if the above doesn't work for you.

I hadn’t thought to look under “Sources” at all. I just checked, and the adventures I claimed now show as “In Library,” so I guess everything is working fine. It’s not super clear or well highlighted on the site, but I guess it’s just a matter of getting used to how everything is organized.
Thanks again for the clarification, I’m sure this will help other new players too!

Just for the record, some of the digital adventures sold on the D&D Beyond marketplace are marketed as "quickplay" adventures because the maps for them on the D&D Beyond Maps VTT already have all the tokens and such set up on them.

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I've claimed a few free quickplay adventures. Where can I access these claimed adventures?
Are they stored somewhere else, or do I have to open them directly from the Marketplace page each time?
Thanks in advance for your help!
