Exactly, I'm going to make a character, I'm saving sheet in PDF format, all the fields will be blank and you need to re-save again. There is only 1 format available on dnd official website but there is a lot of PDF, https://www.solutionhow.com/en-us/dnd/dnd-5e-character-sheet-dungeons-dragons/, fillable, editable and saveable available on solutionHow, you can save and edit all these PDF files. Hope you will also do this in under 10 minutes.
The wizards of the coast site actually provides four different character sheet options:
The standard one which is almost identical to the DDB character sheet
An alternate sheet that groups skills by ability
A second alternate sheet with a very different radial design
An Adventurer's League sheet.
I don't know why you posted a watermarked image of a character sheet, I'm not sure how that's going to help anyone and you really should like to the creator so they can get credit
although what i typically do is create a character on DDB, save the pdf, delete all the stuff that keeps changing every level, print, and write those values in with pencil so i don't have to keep reprinting.
Thanks, I used this, though I'm playing a wizard and had to print out a second copy of the spells page. And I wish there was a place to mark spell slots.
I usually print out the first three pages and use an official spells page.
This post is a few years old, but I think a blank character sheet would be great simply because the character sheets on the official D&D website don't have extra blank spaces for more skills like the character sheets do when we export a pdf version of our characters we create. I would love to have a blank CS with those few extra spaces for more skills.

just pick any of your characters, create the sheet and save it. then open it and delete all the fields and save it again. ...you now have a blank CS (and the most current version too).
OMG Thank you!! I know this is an old thread, just wanted to thank you for this. This actually really does help. I have spent hours looking for this and am so glad to finally find it, thank you so much. <3

I also filled it out with ___ so it'd be lined when you print it out https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oxOs_ZlUhoDtOc3ZEgRDov7izXJoHuIB/view?usp=sharing
I have the same problem on Android, phone and tablet.
I'm going to use h0bg0blin's blank sheet next time I need one. Thank you!

I found mine by searching it up I don't know if it's searchable but just search "dndbeyond character sheet".

Does anyone have a 3.5 character sheet pdf?
here https://github.com/Ruroa/DNDPDF/blob/main/Blankdndbeyond.pdf
a blank version should also be editable
Thanks! This is perfect!
