Might want to try some sort of generator program. This is a good one to give a shot with. https://www.kassoon.com/dnd/trap-generator/ You can tweak the damage/effects as needed, of course.
Traps are built into the environment, not really dropped wholesale into a room like critters are. There's generic rules out there for designing traps, but for the most part they don't have stat blocks and Official Usage Rules. It's more "if the characters miss this, [X] bad thing happens", with both the Bad Thing and how it's triggered into happening dependent on either the module or the DM. Remember; these are mechanical constructions often created as custom one-offs by paranoid NPCs, rather than true-breeding thinguses.
Everything and anything in your dungeon, forest, tavern, circus, starship, or desert can potentially be a trap. Part of the fun in being a GM is figuring out what's trapped and why it's trapped. Even NPCs can be a trap.

I get all that, but sometimes we are in the need to pull up a quick trap, and having a list of traps at our immediate fingertips, can be super helpful as a DM. Mainly for perception/investigation/save DC's/disarming stuff, more than anything. As a DM, I don't always have time to plan ahead.
No biggy, we don't have that ability - I'm over it. LOL
I wish there was a place for me on D&D Beyond to write my own Templates or the like for environmental traps and the like. So I can roll from them or reference them.

Traps don't really have templates. They are a save DC or attack modifier, a range/area, a damage roll, and maybe a description. You can "template" them as custom actions on a character sheet and roll from that.
I have no idea how to find a list of traps, like I can with Monsters. How do I do that in DNDB?
Probably not going to happen as there are more traps and variations of traps than there are monsters. I suppose I fell for your trap by posting....

Yeah, there is no canonical list of traps like there is with monsters. The DMG and Xanathar's have sections on traps (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dmg/adventure-environments#Traps, https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/xgte/traps-revisited#TrapsRevisited ) and there are even some examples of traps on those pages, but it's not meant to be a list the DM picks from, just inspiration.
Well that's a bummer; I was hoping there was a cool search string I could use to help find them all....
Thanks

Or you can create a homebrew “monster” and add all the details in as the creatures actions.
my favorite is the stair snare from Grimtooth traps.
