Racial Bonuses
+1 CON, +2 STR/DEX/INT [depending on the mutation]
Skills: Survival, one more of choice using the characteristic of the racial bonus (STR/DEX/INT)
Hideous: the mutation has changed you physically to such a degree that it is difficult for people to trust what you say. You get Disadvantage to all CHA skill-related rolls towards civilised races (Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Halflings, Aasimar, Dragonborn and Tieflings) and all such creatures are naturally less likely to lend you help. You also get advantage to all CHA skill-related rolls towards other mutants or monstruos humanoids. CHA rolls towards Half-Orcs are not affected by either of these effects.
Speed: 30feet (40 if DEX mutation)
Size: medium
Example mutations:
STR- Beastial muscles (your muscles, especially in the torso and arms area, grow grotesquely out of proportion and are coated by fur or scales); There is no skin, only power (your skin falls completely off, and your upper body muscles get ticker and stronger, leaving you as a walking, hulking mass of exposed muscles tissue) ;
DEX- Bestial legs (your legs painfully rearrange their bones and tissues until they resemble those of a beast and are coated in fur or scales); No rest for the swift (you muscles, especially the lower body ones, twitch constantly, becoming much more reactive but also creating an usettling "dance" throughout your body) ;
INT- Braniac (your brain and scalp fuse together and grow horribly in size, you lose all your hair and the upper part of your head is now a thick, pulsating brain-like mass); Knowledge from the deep (your head painfully rearranges and mutates until it becomes similar to that of an Illithid).

The soul of a dead huminoid was fused my magic into a oose or a gelatinous slime
Now forming a huminoid body but your feet still a puddle of slime.
You dont have to melt stuff if you dont want too and you heal some damage from unarmed attacks because you melt the target a little bit when you strike
+2 constitution(because your a slime that melts most things at will)
-2 dex(because your slimyness)
and you take les damidge from blunt force attacks
And you can melt into a puddle to slip through tight spaces leaving non flexible/small wepons and armor behind.

Interesting concept but I'd probably swap the -2 DEX with disadvantage on DEX based skill rolls and initiative, just because the trend in D&D5ed is to get rid of negative modifiers (especially in races)

I want to add a bunch of playible races to my new campain im planing.
Whatever your idea is is probably great

It might be an evil campain so evil creaturs are alright.
Please list racial bonuses, and racial skills and stuff like that.
If you add lore to them me or others might be able too make some skills up.
They need to be huminoid, no taller than 9 foot no shorter than 4
