You're going to need to be way more specific if you want us to give you ideas.
If you are trying to get ideas for the Underdark, there are a number of published adventures that use it, such as Out of the Abyss and Night Below (an earlier edition module).

WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.
I've been writing my own campaign for a while now and am running out of ideas. Does anyone have any?
It would be incredibly helpful if you could tell us a little bit about the ideas you had before running out and are using, the tone you're going for, whether it's going to be tailored to a specific group of characters or not, whether you need low or high level options or both, whether you need things to flesh out the campaign or the world, etc.

Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].
The more information you are us with the better able to help you we'll be. What type of help are you looking for? Do you need help developing encounters? Do you need help populating your world? Do you need help with the rules that govern your world? Will you need help with your house rules? Have you already created the world and built a map of it? You should provide us with a sense of what you have and where you are.
I’m going to give you some generic advice. Steal shamelessly from movies! Any horror movie has great ideas that you can make work for your campaign! Especially ones about being trapped with ancient evil beings in caves.

DING!
I'm quite good at idea generation, worldbuilding, and creativity in general. This is because despite my vast knowledge (haha), I always remember one thing -
Not a single one of my ideas is mine. Not a single thing I create is held entirely by the strength of my back and shoulders. I stand on the shoulders of giants. Read more books. Watch more YouTube and movies. Listen to storytellers. Look outside the hobby and the genre entirely.
Godfather offers amazing family dynamic.
Fifth element and Bladrunner offer amazing high-tec options and wow, cool factor.
Vader and Joker give you insight into the mind of a villain.
Saving Private Ryan speaks to war.
Just about every Pixar movie shows you how to tell a story.
Look at fan-art or actual art of Clive Barker's and H.R. Gigers stuff. The stuff of nightmare, which can easily be turned into a bad situation that players must fix. Play Dark Souls, Zelda, Chrono-trigger, God of War, Bioshock, Half-life, Cyberpunk (if you can), WoW, and Guild Wars 2. Don't just play, but stop and listen to dialogue. Stop and take in the visuals. How does everything from color palette, to geometry, to music, add to the atmosphere - selling you on where you are and how it's different from other places.
Keep your ears open and eyes peeled at all times for the introduction of things that add to your visual library. This can only happen when you realize that you know so much, yet it's still 1% of the total piece of the 'creative pie'.
One of the greatest lessons I've learned when digesting all of the above is the realization that my ideas aren't better. I can watch Miyazaki, browse a coffee table art book or watch behind the scenes footage of Lord of the Rings or Avengers and take it all in. Back in my day, I used to digest that stuff with an air of arrogance. Id think, "ooh, that's interesting, but I have a cooler idea!" No you don't. You don't have better ideas. You just have an unfinished idea. Unfinished ideas are worth as much as no idea at all.
Bring it to your table man! You have the idea already, you're either trying to be too stingy, clever, unique with it, or you're just not keepin' your mind open enough to allow other's in. You think you have creative block. You don't. Just start writing down adventure notes. The ideas are there. Manifest them into gameplay.

I forgot to mention that my campaign takes place in a new world called Emblem where the under dark plays a big role in everything.
