Hey, just in case you aren't super interested in having a Tiefling Warlock join your campaign, I have prepared a total of 4 characters:

1. Half Goliath (Human Variant) Fighter who became a performative "Blade Dancer" after falling in love with an elven woman
2. Goliath Rogue who accidently killed her Tribes chieftain in ritual combat and then fled to join a Bandit Group who taught her about the value of family and taking care of each other.
3. Half-Orc Paladin who was left at a temple of a Sect when his parents had to flee from persecution, and was raised into a holy warrior, who was believed by the priests to be the re-incarnation of the god they worshipped, who they believe died in an ancient godswar.
4. The Tiefling Warlock Hexblade who's story I have already posted here.

I am not a DM, I am a player looking for a group. You may follow this thread and see if I can find a group to play in, and I could ask the DM of that group if they could let you in too, but generally I am looking for a Game not more players.

Chin up mate, don't give up on people or this beautiful game, I was new and looking for my first group a couple of Years ago my this has not been a great place to pick up groups outside of Play by post games. I would Advise The LFG Reddit. also once the pandemic starts to cool off, adventurers league is a great way to play a lot.

I just expanded to a german forum to maybe find a more local round, even if it's digital.

I still would like to see if I can find a fixed campaign here. I am looking for a singular experience so not a bigger project with multiple groups or hopping from one group to another.

I am considering to switch the Shadow Magic Sorcerer into a Death Domain Cleric first and having him access his Shadow Magic later on as he gets more experienced with Death Domain.

I run a Homebrew Setting in a modified version of DND 5E rules, both by my design. This setting is known as Herraheim, an Archipelago of intrigue, opportunity, and danger. The region is primarily inspired by Scandinavian Mythos and Culture; all with my own flair for dark and gritty fantasy. Here on Herraheim, you have the greatest level imaginable in the realm of freedom. Despite the initial hook bringing people together, each of my groups have veered wildly from each other, taking on different aspects of the world.

Herraheim lives and breathes, it feels like it's lived in. NPCs feel like actual people; They have goals and inspirations, personalities and flaws. Roleplay has a heavy hand in my games as a result. Combat is usually never forced without probable cause. Players can seek combat and turn it into hack'n'slash, but that's not the base climate of my games.

As a note, I do charge as a DM. My rate is the lower end of average for Professional DMs. My currently open sessions fall on Friday at 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST and Friday at 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM PST. I'm sorry but I'm currently not looking for Pay-to-play sessions / paid DMs.
(not to mention that I feel it's kinda rude to get into a post with someone quite desperate and present yourself as a savior when you charge for sessions)

I have btw decided, that I want to play the Warlock. I feel like I have the most connection to him, as he's the character I spent most thought on, considering both backstory and potential character development when it comes to characterization and leveling.

I think I left his backstory on the first post in this thread, in case you want to know who he is and where he comes from. 

If you have slight problem with it, I'm open to adapt within a certain framework.  But I generally want to keep him as is.
