I'm going to introduce Tern after the party leaves, probably. It's kind of weird in-game for three random people to join all at once.
This wouldn't be the first time. I kid you not, we haven't had a consistent team for a week straight, so many people are coming and going. This is a pirate crew, so it isn't a problem for crewmates to jump ship, and new one hired on, it's what you'd expect from such a group. Heck, as soon as I post this, I'm gonna go kick two players for inactivity.
