Small Background Story: Quincy Portelance was the oldest son of the Portelance family. He was in line to succeed to his family businesses and fortune until he got business with the wrong folks making him go down darker and darker alleyways and when his Father Derick Portelance got winds of it and disowned him and sent him to the Inquisition. Quincy is trained in using different types of weapons, subterfuge and infiltration. He uses theses abilities to achieve his goals, he is or was driven by the single fact of making his family name proud, the Portelance family. (This is brief and a work in progress.)
