This sounds amazing! I love firearms, Revolutionary War history and political history!!! I have not played a gunslinger yet but would love to ! Or, if there's plenty of gunplay, I would love to play a more old world character like a druid or barbarian to add the angle of 'is new better'?
Also, have you considered adding some naval elements like harbors and ships? I could defiantly see a colonial Carribean vibe playing well into this.
